Therapy Shouldn't Be Scary! Here is my approach
Life has a funny way of throwing us curveballs, sometimes the kind we see coming, and other times the kind that knock the wind right out of us. As a counselor, I specialize in helping women navigate those in-between seasons of life: the new beginnings, the unexpected detours, and the “this is not where I thought I’d be at this age” moments.
I believe transitions—whether it’s a career shift, becoming a parent, redefining relationships, or simply figuring out who you are now—are both challenging and full of possibility.
My role is to walk with you through the messy middle, offering a safe space to laugh, cry, reflect, and rebuild. (Yes, sometimes all of that happens in the same session.)
My approach is compassionate, practical, judgment free, and sprinkled with humor, because let’s face it: life is serious enough already. I believe every woman carries wisdom and resilience within her, even when it feels buried under stress, doubt, or the sheer chaos of change. Together, we’ll uncover those strengths and use them to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of self.
Transitions may be hard, but you don’t have to go through them alone—and sometimes, the very moments that feel like endings are actually the start of something meaningful.
